The Chao Phya Abhai Raja Siammanukulkij Foundation was created in 2008 and is based in Chiangrai, Thailand.
The Foundation is named after the Thai Royal Title of Gustave Rolin-Jaequemyns, a Belgian jurist who served as General Advisor to His Majesty King Chulalongkorn (Rama V) between 1892 and 1901.

As of April 2023, when the status were slightly adapted, the Foundation has three objectives:

To preserve the memory of the work and achievements of Chao Phya Abhai Raja in Siam.
To help the society.
To contribute to friendship between the Thai society and societies in good relations with the Chao Phya Abhai Raja Foundation.
To reach these objectives, the Foundation has organized many activities and events over the years.
These activities included the publishing of books, the inauguration of statues, as well as the organization of many charity campaigns and important commemorative events.
Among other projects, the Foundation has initiated musical and artistic projects, built a complete football stadium to allow the community to play sports and get away from drugs, and has hosted members of the Royal families of Thailand, Belgium, Lesotho, Bhutan, Malaysia, and Russia, in important gala dinners.
The Chao Phya Abhai Raja Foundation does not rely on outside donations to bring its projects to success. All projects are, for the most important part, funded by private donations of the Chairman and the board members.
